Your Seattle Postpartum Doula

A woman smiling and holding a baby close to her face in a warm, intimate moment.

Let’s change how we care for new parents.

As your postpartum doula, I will help you transition into parenthood with ease and confidence.

The first weeks after bringing your baby home are filled with joy and relief but they can also be a time when families experience stress, anxiety and even loneliness. It doesn’t have to be this way. I offer holistic support and help build a postpartum plan that centers you and your family’s needs so you can focus on the joy.

Day by day, you will feel stronger and more resilient.

Imagine this kind of postpartum experience…

A happy family of three, including a baby, mom, and dad, sitting together and smiling inside a well-lit room with large windows.
  • Non-judgmental support when you need it, ready to help you navigate the challenges of the day and celebrate the progress you’ve made.

  • Having someone that creates a safe space for you to express your needs and centers YOU.

  • Never hearing, “you should” or “do it this way.” Instead, someone that helps you lean into your natural intuition and helps it grow.

  • Knowing you can take dedicated time to rest or have quality 1:1 time with your partner and other children while your newborn is lovingly cared for.

  • Walking into a clean kitchen with washed bottles and pump parts ready and a nourishing warm meal prepped for you.

  • An entertained sibling while you and your baby quietly rest.

  • Having a personal resource that helps you connect to and build your village of support.

  • Smiling baby lying on a towel, wearing a diaper, with hands clasped and looking at the camera.
